An unusal post for me on here, but an author who’s blog I subscribe to runs a charitable promotion on his birthday’s. This year it is one that made a lot of sense to me. It is called vittana.org and it helps people in less developed nations study careers of their choice, not just by donation but by loan. 99.8% of the students fully repay their loans. You can loan as little as $1 and have the option of having that loan donated back into the system. Check it out, made me feel grateful today when I was reading the stories of the students.
